No Unions for Charge Nurses

On Tuesday, the National Labor Relation's Board made a "ruling" redefining union eligibility.
The board ruled that nurses who work as supervisors (charge nurses, etc) are no longer eligible to be part of a union. Charge nurses are "in charge" of a unit while they are on, but still are not considered management.
With this new ruling, this legal right to labor protection is being taken away.
There is a lot of outrage in the nursing community about this and people are feeling that they are losing lawful union protection that is entitled to them. Protests and appeals are expected to reach the Supreme Court, eventually.
